The site is intended for professionals age 18 and older with legal capacity to enter into contracts. Technical materials and demos are aimed at company representatives (CTOs, DPOs, Heads of Data, etc.) with authority to evaluate technology.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or infringing purposes;
• Attempt to access non-public areas, systems, or other users' accounts;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform;
• Submit third-party data without the data owner's express permission;
• Overload our infrastructure with unauthorized automated requests (mass scraping).

4. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, designs, logos, code, illustrations, videos) is owned by MyDatAgent or licensed to us, protected by Brazilian law and international copyright treaties. Partial quotation with attribution is welcome; full reproduction requires prior written permission.

Trademarks (MyDatAgent, MDA, MDA LLM) are the company's exclusive property.
