Cookies, how we use them, and how you're in control
This policy explains which cookies we use, for what purpose, and how you can disable them anytime. We take a minimalist approach — we only use what's necessary to operate and improve the site.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites place in your browser to remember information about you or your preferences. They can be session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (remain until expiration or you delete them).
2. Types of cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Duration | Can you disable? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Basic site operation (session, security, forms) | Session | No — the site won't work without them |
| Functional | Language preferences, theme, viewed content | Up to 12 months | Yes, in the cookie banner |
| Analytics | Aggregated usage metrics (page views, time, journey) | Up to 24 months | Yes, in the banner |
| Marketing | Campaign attribution, retargeting | Up to 12 months | Yes, in the banner |
3. Third-party cookies
We use a minimal set of external tools to operate the site. Each one places its own cookies under its own policies:
- HubSpot — CRM and marketing automation. HubSpot Cookie Policy
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregated usage analysis. Google Cookie Policy
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (optional) — B2B campaign attribution.
We don't share direct identifiers with third parties without your explicit consent.
4. How to control cookies
You have full control:
- Consent banner — appears on your first visit; click "Preferences" to choose by category;
- Browser settings — all modern browsers let you block or delete cookies. See the steps for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge;
- Incognito/Private mode — isolated session; cookies are discarded when you close.
Important: blocking strictly necessary cookies may break site features (forms, login, session).
5. Do Not Track (DNT) signal
We respect the Do Not Track signal sent by your browser. When we detect DNT is active, we automatically disable marketing cookies, regardless of your banner choice.
6. Updates to this policy
We update this policy whenever we add or remove tools that use cookies. The current version is always what's published on this page, dated at the top. Relevant changes are communicated in the banner.
